he parish of Pointe Coupee is made up of cities, towns and villages, each with it's own government, unique personality, and charm. As of 1994 the total population of the parish was 23,152 and constantly growing. The industry baseline shared by each population center is agriculture, manufacturing, oil and gas, and tourism. Together these population centers make Pointe Coupee a Louisiana hot spot.
