The Right Move... Pointe Coupee

Welcome to the Northwest Baton Rouge Industrial Corridor. An Attainment Area and part of the Baton Rouge Statistical Area, Pointe Coupee has positioned itself as one of the parishes with the most Certified Sites in the state, with eight (8) sites and over 4600 acres in inventory. This includes sites with Mississippi River frontage, sites at its port, and rail frontage properties . Now with the Audubon Bridge connecting Pointe Coupee to the northwest side of Baton Rouge and the Hwy 190 and 1-10 bridges connecting the parishes south side, this has created a north and south entrance way into the Baton Rouge Capital Region Area. Our Port is the gateway to the Northwest with access to the Mississippi, Atchafalaya, and Red rivers. Our False River Regional Airport has a 5003 foot runway making Pointe Coupee ready for the expansion of the Northwest Baton Rouge Industrial Corridor. Pointe Coupee has easy access to Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette, Alexandria, and many more metropolitan areas.

Our parish is situated on the beautiful resort lake False River, with affordable housing for any lifestyle, some of the best Cajun Cuisine Restaurants in the metropolitan area, and a progressive business environment. This helps create a live-in suburban community with a small town feeling and a friendly southern flare.
