Domino’s is offering customers $5 off a future order when they place a qualifying digital order from Aug. 3 through Aug. 30. The promotion supports the company’s redesigned website and app, introduced earlier this year. Eligible customers can receive the coupon for use on a digital order the following week. Feedback is optional, but customers can comment on their ordering experience after placing an online order.

How Customers Receive The Offer

Domino’s Rewards members will find their coupon in “My Deals.” Customers who are not Rewards members will receive their coupon by email. Customers can place eligible orders through the company’s website or mobile app.

Mark Messing, vice president of global digital marketing at Domino’s, said:

“We streamlined our website and app to make them bolder, brighter, more modern, and engaging for customers, but we want to hear from them. At the end of every online order, customers will have the chance to provide feedback on their ordering experience. While it’s not required to receive the coupon, we’d still love to hear what worked for them and what we could improve because we know customer feedback is what matters most. Earning a discount on pizza for sharing your opinion may be the easiest side gig ever.”

A Digital Ordering Test

The offer gives Domino’s a way to collect voluntary customer feedback while giving online customers a defined discount on their next digital order. The coupon is available to customers who make a qualifying order during the promotion period.
