Panera Launches Holiday Menu and Collectible Snowman Cups
Panera holiday menu adds peppermint and pistachio drinks, new bakery treats and collectible glass Snowman Cups, with a free cup offer on December 3.

Panera Bread has rolled out its holiday menu at bakery-cafes nationwide, pairing new peppermint and pistachio drinks with fresh bakery items and limited-edition Collectible Snowman Cups. The lineup is available starting this week. Two new flavors, Peppermint White Mocha and Pistachio White Mocha, each come as a latte, an iced coffee and a Frozen Java. The bakery case adds a new Cocoa Marshmallow Cake Slice and brings back the seasonal Mitten Cookie. On December 3, participating cafes will give a free Snowman Cup with a qualifying purchase, with supplies limited to 12 cups per participating cafe.
Peppermint and Pistachio Drinks
Both new beverages build on white chocolate. The Peppermint White Mocha pairs it with cool peppermint, while the Pistachio White Mocha pairs it with nutty pistachio. Guests can order either as a latte with freshly brewed espresso and milk, an iced coffee topped with sweet cream cold foam, or a Frozen Java blended with concentrated espresso and ice.
The peppermint drinks are finished with peppermint bark pieces and the pistachio drinks with pistachio pieces. The latte and Frozen Java versions of each are also topped with whipped cream.
New and Returning Bakery Treats
The Cocoa Marshmallow Cake Slice is a swirl of chocolate and marshmallow cake topped with chocolate chips and marshmallow bark. It joins the returning Mitten Cookie, a shortbread cookie decorated with icing, as the season’s pairing for the new drinks.
Snowman Cups and a December 3 Offer
Panera’s new Naughty & Nice packaging is built around the perfectly imperfect moments of the holidays, from powdered sugar landing on a sweater to crowded tables and spontaneous gatherings. The Collectible Snowman Cups are glass and come tucked inside mystery boxes, each box holding one cup in one of two festive designs.
On December 3, 2026 only, the first 12 customers at participating US cafes who make an in-cafe purchase at the cashier of $25 or more, excluding taxes, rewards, discounts and Sip Club redemptions, will receive one free Snowman Cup. Kiosk, Rapid Pick-Up®, drive-thru, catering, delivery and third-party orders are excluded, and the limit is one per person. The same day, a limited number of Snowman Cups will be sold on The Panera Shop for $25 (plus tax and shipping).
Andy Rebhun, Chief Marketing Officer at Panera Bread, said:
“The holidays are about coming together, enjoying great food and making memories, even when things get a little messy. At Panera, we’re bringing a little extra joy to the season with indulgent new beverages, comforting bakery treats and limited-edition Snowman Cups. It’s our way of making the everyday moments of the holidays feel a little more special.”
Where to Order the Holiday Menu
