People Element has launched Analyst Insight, an AI capability that identifies workforce trends, priorities, and opportunities from employee feedback. The tool is built into the company’s employee feedback platform and does not require prompts or manual analysis. It connects employee comments, survey results, and organizational trends into priorities and next steps. Analyst Insight is available as part of the People Element platform.

From Feedback To Priorities

HR and executive teams can spend time reviewing dashboards and reports before deciding where to focus. Analyst Insight is designed to surface the information it identifies as most important, helping leaders move from feedback to action faster.

Chris Coberly, CEO at People Element, said:

“Organizations don't need more data—they need clarity. Analyst Insight acts like a built-in workforce analyst, automatically connecting employee comments, survey results, and organizational trends into clear priorities leaders can act on. It helps organizations spend less time analyzing feedback and more time improving the employee experience.”

Built Into The Platform

The capability is intended to perform analysis that may otherwise require manual interpretation or AI prompts. People Element says the tool is built on more than 30 years of employee listening experience and is designed to support human decision-making.

The platform provides employee surveys, lifecycle listening, and workforce insights for organizations seeking to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

A Practical Workforce Tool

For mid-market organizations, Analyst Insight offers a way to identify priorities from survey and comment data without adding a separate analysis step. The tool is part of People Element’s broader survey platform, which covers engagement, onboarding, stay, 360, and exit surveys.
