Temu and Poșta Română Expand Seller Logistics

Temu and Poșta Română have signed a memorandum of understanding to streamline fulfillment for Romanian businesses selling on Temu. Poșta Română will collect parcels from sellers, sort them in Romanian logistics facilities and handle last-mile delivery. The service will include home delivery, pickup points, automated lockers and post offices across Romania. Temu entered Romania in July 2023, and Romanian businesses have been able to sell on its platform since March 2025.

Delivery Options for Sellers

The agreement makes Poșta Română’s delivery and returns services available to Romanian sellers on Temu. Its network covers communities across the country, including rural areas, and the companies expect the arrangement to help sellers serve domestic customers and pursue sales elsewhere in Europe.

Valentin Ștefan, CEO at Poșta Română, said:

“Our network reaches communities across Romania, including in rural areas. This agreement will make our delivery and return services available to Romanian sellers on Temu, helping them serve customers throughout the country. We also welcome the opportunity to support local businesses that want to reach customers elsewhere in Europe.”

Support for Local Businesses

Temu and Poșta Română will hold joint events for Romanian businesses selling on Temu. They will also meet regularly to review progress and improve delivery services. Temu’s Local Seller Program is available in more than 35 countries.

A Temu spokesperson stated:

“Four in five small businesses in Europe do not sell online, and the business organizations and industry associations we met pointed to the same barriers: complexity, cost and not knowing where to start. Through the collaboration with Poșta Română, we aim to support more Romanian sellers with reliable logistics services and new growth opportunities at home and beyond.”

A National Fulfillment Network

For Romanian small businesses, the agreement combines Temu’s seller program with Poșta Română’s collection, sorting and delivery network. The companies plan to use regular reviews and joint business events to support sellers using the service.
