By combining AI-driven, proactive insights with the expertise of our teammates, we're creating experiences that are digitally empowered and deeply relational, helping create success with our clients.”

Personalization And Human Support

More than 70% of Truist’s overall transactions happen digitally, while more than 80% of deposits occur through self-serve channels. Truist plans to expand insights into more channels and teammate tools while using client feedback, research, and design practices to improve digital journeys.

Sherry Graziano, Head of Digital, Client Experience and Marketing at Truist, said:

“Personalization is how we show care at scale. By using data responsibly to anticipate client needs and connect them to the right support at the right time, we're making banking more personal, proactive and relevant in the moments that matter.”
