AccuGuard Environmental has launched a franchise opportunity built around its Mobile Lab™ for on-site asbestos and lead testing. The company reported unit gross revenue of $550,783, an 86% unit gross profit margin, and an average of four to five jobs daily. Its model is home-based and uses low staffing, with one trained analyst performing field testing. The service is designed for restoration contractors, insurance carriers, and property owners.

Testing At The Jobsite

The Mobile Lab brings testing capabilities to the field rather than sending samples to an off-site laboratory. AccuGuard says this can reduce delays between collection, analysis, and the next phase of restoration and construction projects.

Brandon Iain, Allstate Regional Performance Consultant based in Oregon, said:

“For me, AccuGuard helps solve a problem in a way that should have been obvious from the very start: mobile laboratory testing with near-instant results helps our entire claims process move faster and better serve our policyholders in their greatest time of need.”

Home Based Franchise Model

Franchise owners hire one trained analyst to conduct field testing while focusing on business development and growth. The company is seeking entrepreneurs with restoration, environmental services, and related home-service experience, as well as investors looking to diversify their portfolios.

The franchise offering covers asbestos, lead, mold, and fire damage testing. AccuGuard says owners can operate with one trained analyst and one dedicated salesperson.

Parent Company Support

AccuGuard is backed by parent company PuroSystems, LLC, which provides franchise support and infrastructure. The company says the model was beta-tested in multiple markets before the franchise launch.

Mark W. Davis, Chairman and CEO of PuroSystems, parent company of AccuGuard, said:

“We already know that there’s a need for the stakeholders: the TPAs, the carriers, and certainly contractors. Across the board, in all three of those categories, the interest is off the charts high.”

What Prospective Owners Can Do

Prospective franchise owners can find more information at AccuGuard’s franchise website. The company directs prospective owners to Item 19 of its 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document for additional financial information.
