Choice Hotels International has opened its 600th extended stay hotel, Everhome Suites Denver Airport. The property, owned by Rimrock Companies, gives the franchisor another location in its economy and midscale extended stay portfolio. Choice Hotels reported 12 consecutive quarters of double-digit extended stay rooms growth, including 13% net room growth year over year in the second quarter of 2026. The company has nearly 30,000 extended stay rooms in its development pipeline.

Denver Airport Opening

Everhome Suites Denver Airport is located less than 10 miles from a major transportation hub. Its market includes healthcare, logistics, construction, infrastructure activity, and major employment centers. The hotel offers studio and one-bedroom suites with full kitchens and flexible living areas for longer stays.

Matt McElhare, Vice President and Extended Stay Segment Lead at Choice Hotels International, said:

“The opening of our 600th property is a celebration of how far we’ve come and a signal of where we’re headed, with Everhome Suites leading the way.”

Options For Owners

Rimrock Companies owns the Denver hotel, its second Everhome Suites location, with several more properties in the pipeline. Choice Hotels’ extended stay portfolio includes Everhome Suites, MainStay Suites, Suburban Studios, and WoodSpring Suites, offering different development options for owners.
