Brillio Wins Two Gold Awards for AI Talent Program
Brillio AI Native Talent Development program won two Gold Brandon Hall Group awards after reaching about 5,500 employees in six countries.

Brillio has received two Gold Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards for its AI Native Talent Development program. The program reached more than 5,500 employees across six countries and covers 40 role-specific personas. Brillio won in the Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program category and the Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy category. The company designed the program to build applied AI capability across technical, delivery, sales, leadership, and business roles.
Role Based AI Learning
Brillio set AI workforce readiness as an organizational priority in early 2025. Its program moves participants through conceptual learning, hands-on practice in pre-configured AI Virtual Machine environments, and validated assessment.
Sridhar Krishnamurthy, Chief Human Resources Officer at Brillio, said:
“This recognition reflects our team’s commitment to building real, applied AI capability across every role. Scaling AI requires more than technology. It requires people who understand how to apply AI to the way the business actually works. Through our AI Native Talent Development program, we’ve equipped our people to apply AI in the context of enterprise operations, use intelligent agents across the value chain, and continuously improve outcomes through learning and adaptation. We are honored to be recognized by Brandon Hall Group™, and proud of everyone across Brillio who helped turn that ambition into measurable results.”
Enterprise Rollout Results
The first rollout reached close to 5,500 learners in India, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Romania. Brillio reported an engagement rate of about 90 percent and established an AI capability baseline across technical and nontechnical roles. Average AI Native Scores approached the company’s 90 percent aspiration.
A global financial services institution has approached Brillio about replicating the model within its workforce. The complete list of 2026 HCM Excellence Award winners is available online.

The organizations recognized this year have demonstrated that great HR and learning strategies do not just improve programs, they strengthen organizations, empower people and deliver measurable business results. We are honored to celebrate their achievements.”
Brillio’s two awards recognize a workforce development program built around role-specific AI practice and assessment at enterprise scale.
