LINE-X has opened nine locations in 2026 and expects two more to open within the month, bringing its fiscal-year total to 11 across North America. The vehicle upfitting franchise has also awarded 17 territories in the United States and Canada, including six expansion agreements signed by existing owners. The openings span the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and South, adding local access to protective coatings, vehicle accessories, and upfitting services for trucks, vans, and SUVs. For prospective franchisees, the company reports an average 8.4-month timeline from signing to opening.

New Locations Across Regions

Locations already opened this year are in Roanoke, Virginia; South Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Eastern Panhandle, West Virginia; La Porte, Texas; Suffolk, Virginia; Hamilton County, Ohio; Dodgeville, Wisconsin; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and North Indianapolis, Indiana. Grain Valley, Missouri, and College Station, Texas, are scheduled to open within the next month.

Matt Labuda, President at LINE-X, said:

“Every opening this year means a new community with access to the upfitting and protection services truck, van, and SUV owners rely on. What I'm most proud of is how quickly and consistently our franchisees are getting their doors open. That comes from the work our Franchise Support Center has done to make the path from signing to opening day clear, efficient, and repeatable.”

Support for New Franchisees

LINE-X attributes its 8.4-month average opening timeline to hands-on development support, a two-week fundamentals training program, and national partners supporting real estate, design, construction management, exterior signage, and shop vehicle wraps. The company works with Reimage and redC on real estate, design, and construction management, and National Branding on exterior signage and shop vehicle wraps.

Seventeen Territories Awarded

Eleven territories went to new franchisees in Nashville, Tennessee; Morristown, New Jersey; Daytona Beach, Florida; Central Cincinnati, Ohio; Apex, North Carolina; Guelph, Ontario; South Houston, Texas; Sanford, North Carolina; Chandler, Arizona; Mission Viejo, California; and Sarasota, Florida.

Existing owners signed six further expansion agreements for North Cincinnati, Ohio; Dodgeville, Wisconsin; Tampa, Florida; Washington County and South Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Morgantown, West Virginia. One franchisee added three territories across southwestern Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

Hannah Erlenbusch, Vice President of Development at LINE-X, said:

“When so many of the partners joining us this year are people who already own a LINE-X, that tells you everything about the opportunity. Our franchisees see the demand in their markets firsthand, and they're choosing to grow with the brand. That kind of confidence is the strongest endorsement we could ask for.”

Consumer and Fleet Services

Alongside its spray-on bedliners, LINE-X locations provide tonneau covers, towing solutions, accessories, and protective coatings for trucks, vans, and SUVs. Through LINE-X Fleet Solutions, franchisees can also participate in national fleet programs and partnerships intended to create commercial revenue opportunities in local markets.

Qualified prospective owners can review available U.S. and Canadian territories through LINE-X’s franchise website.
