Greg DuPey Named IFA Franchisee of the Year
Greg DuPey Franchisee of the Year recognition from the IFA follows nearly fourfold growth of his Pennsylvania Pillar To Post business.
Pillar To Post Home Inspectors franchise owner Greg DuPey has been named a 2026 Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association. DuPey and his wife, Theresa, purchased an existing Morrisville, Pennsylvania, franchise in 2012 and expanded the business by nearly four times. The award recognizes franchise owners for business performance, community involvement, opportunities created for others, and support for fellow franchisees. DuPey will be honored at the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., Sept. 14 through 16.
Recognition for Franchise Ownership
The IFA’s Franchisee of the Year awards recognize franchise owners nominated by member brands across industries and communities nationwide. DuPey was selected for entrepreneurship, community outreach, workforce development, and service to others.

Growth Through Setbacks
DuPey entered the home inspection business after decades leading large-scale foodservice operations. Shortly after acquiring the franchise, he suffered a serious back injury after falling from a roof and recovered in a body cast. He and Theresa continued operating the business through the injury, economic downturns, and other challenges while investing in local relationships and scaling the operation.
Within the Pillar To Post network, DuPey has also received the company’s Franchise Business Owner of the Year recognition for sales performance and contributions to the franchise system. He regularly shares his experience with other franchise owners and serves as a mentor and resource within the network.
