PuroClean is expanding its North Carolina franchise network with six available territories across Greensboro and Durham. The property restoration and remediation franchise is seeking entrepreneurs to serve residential and commercial customers in Central North Carolina. The territories cover markets with manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and life sciences activity. The company has more than 500 offices across North America.

Restoration Services Across Two Markets

Franchise owners can respond to burst pipes, appliance leaks, sewage backups, mold growth, and fire or smoke damage. The company also points to severe thunderstorms, damaging winds, heavy rainfall, and tornadoes as potential sources of residential and commercial restoration work.

Greensboro and Durham have populations exceeding 300,000, the company said. PuroClean franchise owners serve homeowners, business owners, hospitals, hotels, multi-tenant retail locations, and warehouses affected by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other property damage.

Brandon Mangual, Vice President of Franchise Development at PuroClean, said:

“Investing in a PuroClean franchise is a strategic opportunity to enter a needs-based industry with year-round demand. As a full-service restoration franchise, PuroClean gives Franchise Owners in Greensboro and Durham the ability to serve both residential and commercial customers across multiple revenue streams, creating a diversified business positioned to capture greater market share.”

Support for Franchise Owners

PuroClean provides franchise owners with national and commercial partnerships, specialized training, industry relationships, and a Commercial Operations Team. Its open territory model allows owners to pursue opportunities beyond their assigned territories.

Jackson Popielarcheck, Owner of PuroClean of Northeast Raleigh, said:

“With new jobs comes population growth, and with population growth comes more homes, commercial buildings, and ultimately more demand for restoration services. As a North Carolina native, I've watched this growth firsthand. It's a fantastic place to build a long-term business.”

Jackson Popielarcheck, Owner of PuroClean of Northeast Raleigh, said:

“My experience with PuroClean has been incredible. Whether it's operations, estimating, marketing, large loss strategy, or simply learning from other Franchise Owners, there is always someone willing to help.”

The company identifies trade professionals, insurance adjusters, veterans, and corporate executives as potential franchise candidates. More information on franchising opportunities is available through PuroClean.
