WickIQ has launched a whole-business intelligence platform for coaches, consultants, advisors and other expertise-based business owners. Founder Michaelle Bragassa built the company at age 53 after more than 25 years working with thousands of owners. The platform addresses a gap for smaller companies that cannot afford multiple specialists or senior advisors. Roughly half of new employer businesses survive five years, according to the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Support Across the Business

WickIQ learns a business across positioning, offers, marketing, revenue, sales, retention, capacity and operations. It then helps owners address the area needing attention, from strengthening an offer and improving sales to creating better systems.

Michaelle Bragassa, Founder at WickIQ, said:

“There's always been something backwards about this to me. The businesses that most need experienced help are often the ones least able to afford it. Larger companies can have people responsible for sales, marketing, operations, client success and strategy. A small business owner may be trying to figure out all of that alone while also doing the work they actually started the business to do.”

From Diagnosis to Action

The platform is designed to learn the individual business, determine what matters now and move the owner from diagnosis to action. Select memberships also include one-on-one strategy with Bragassa, using the business context already held by WickIQ.

Owners can also use the free Business Health Check, which gathers evidence, identifies the probable constraint, explains the reasoning and provides a practical first action.

A Fighting Chance

Bragassa created WickIQ after seeing hundreds of capable entrepreneurs leave businesses they had worked to build. Her focus is on helping expertise-based owners build the business around their craft.

Michaelle Bragassa, Founder at WickIQ, said:

“Someone can be extraordinary at their craft and still have never been taught how to build the business around it. WickIQ is my way of putting 25-plus years of experience to work for the owner who doesn't have 25 years to figure it all out the hard way.”
