Dyna.Ai and Gulf Applications Co. (GAPP) have formed a partnership to explore enterprise AI agent deployments across Saudi Arabia. Announced during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, the agreement brings Dyna.Ai’s agentic AI platform into enterprise IT environments supported by GAPP in the Kingdom. The companies will explore voice and text-based AI agents and AI Employee solutions for internal workflows and client-facing service delivery. The work is intended to support applicable local data-governance requirements and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 digital objectives.

Enterprise AI Options

The partners will assess organizations’ needs and use cases for Dyna.Ai’s enterprise agentic platform. Potential applications include embedding AI agents into day-to-day operations rather than deploying them as standalone tools.

The partnership comes as Saudi Arabia marks 2026 as the official Year of Artificial Intelligence, led by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority. Dyna.Ai and GAPP positioned the partnership around practical AI use in public- and private-sector organizations.

Carlton Liew, Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder at Dyna.Ai, said:

“GAPP brings strong local market knowledge and enterprise technology expertise, creating a solid foundation for this partnership. Together, we will work with organizations to identify where AI agents can add value and how they can be introduced with minimal disruption, creating a practical, lower-risk path to measurable business results.”

Local Integration Focus

GAPP’s role centers on applying its Saudi technology integration experience alongside Dyna.Ai’s AI platform. The companies identified workflow automation, operational work, and client-facing service delivery as potential areas for deployment.

Ahmed Al Azmah, Chief Operating Officer at GAPP, said:

“Our collaboration with Dyna.Ai creates opportunities to introduce advanced, enterprise-grade AI capabilities to organizations across the Kingdom. By pairing global AI technology with our deep local integration expertise, we aim to help Saudi organizations automate critical workflows, elevate operational standards, and support the Kingdom's Vision 2030 digital-economy objectives.”

Middle East Expansion

The agreement marks Dyna.Ai’s latest step in expanding its presence in the Middle East enterprise technology sector. For organizations supported by GAPP, the partnership creates an option to explore AI agents within existing IT environments, including voice, text, and AI Employee tools.
