Five Tenants Join Village at Meridian Expansion

The Village at Meridian expansion adds five retailers and restaurants across six fully leased buildings totaling nearly 80,000 square feet.

CenterCal Properties, LLC has leased all nearly 80,000 square feet of its six-building Phase II expansion at The Village at Meridian. The Meridian, Idaho, project adds five national retail and restaurant tenants, including first locations in the state for Culinary Dropout and 7th Avenue. Williams Sonoma will open a 5,550-square-foot store, while Pottery Barn is scheduled to open in 2027. A soft opening is planned for the weekend of October 9 through 11, with full Phase II completion anticipated in February 2027.

New Retail And Dining Tenants

Culinary Dropout will open a 7,000-square-foot restaurant with two covered patios. The Capital Grille will bring dry aged steaks, fresh seafood and a wine list to the development. 7th Avenue will open its first state location with a showroom for modular sofas, sectionals and armchairs.

Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn will expand the center’s home goods offer, with Pottery Barn joining the project in 2027.

Fully Leased Phase II

The expansion has attracted national retailers seeking a presence in the greater Boise market. All space in the six new buildings is already leased.

Opening Schedule

Store openings and entertainment are planned for the October soft opening. The full Phase II completion is anticipated in February 2027.
