Glosshouz plans to open its first franchise location in Denver later this year, with financial consultant and investor Nora Alkayali as the operating partner. The Glosshouz Spa Center will be located at 357 S Bannock St. The expansion follows four years in which the company’s Colorado flagship generated approximately $2.5+ million in average annual revenue. The company is using its established service model, membership program, and operating systems to support franchise expansion.

A Multi Service Spa Model

Founded in 2016, Glosshouz combines beauty, medical aesthetic, spa, and wellness services in one hospitality-focused location. Its BFF Savings Program™ is intended to encourage recurring visits and give members access to multiple self-care service categories through one brand.

The Denver center will use the company’s training, service protocols, marketing resources, technology, and membership model.

Loni Le Van-Etter, Founder at Glosshouz, said:

“We are excited to welcome Nora as our first franchise operating partner. Her financial expertise and business acumen, combined with a strong commitment to operational excellence, make her an ideal partner as we grow the brand. The new location represents the beginning of our broader vision to bring the Glosshouz experience to new markets.”

Denver Operating Partner

Alkayali will own and operate the Denver location. The site will offer the brand’s spa, beauty, medical aesthetic, and wellness services.

Nora Alkayali, franchise operating partner at Glosshouz, said:

“I was drawn to Glosshouz because of its unique positioning at the intersection of beauty and wellness, backed by a strong and proven business model. I'm excited to bring this concept to Denver and to build a brand that delivers a great client experience, while meeting the community's growing demand for high quality self-care services.”

A Replicable Franchise Platform

The Denver opening is intended as the first step in a wider plan to add locations with qualified operating partners in other markets. Glosshouz’s franchise platform combines centralized brand and operational support with locally invested ownership.

Loni Le Van-Etter, Founder at Glosshouz, said:

“This is much bigger than opening a second location. It is the beginning of the next chapter for Glosshouz. We have spent years developing the brand, systems, membership model, service mix, and guest experience. We now have a platform that can be successfully replicated with the right operating partners.”
