Protis Global Appoints Two Co-Presidents

Protis Global has appointed Skye Miller and Isabel Cosby as co-presidents, moving co-founder Bert Miller from chairman and CEO to chairman. The executive search firm, founded in 1995, has made more than 3,000 placements and estimates $754 million in economic impact for client organizations. Skye Miller will oversee recruitment, search delivery, fulfillment strategy, and marketing. Isabel Cosby will lead revenue strategy, business development, and firm operations.

Leadership Roles Take Shape

Bert Miller will remain founder and chairman of Protis Global Holdings, the parent company, with responsibility for enterprise strategy, strategic investments, partnerships, and platform expansion.

Experience Across Search Operations

Skye Miller has more than 15 years of executive recruiting experience in search and corporate environments. She previously led global executive search for NielsenIQ and returned to Protis Global as partner and EVP of Sales Fulfillment.

Cosby advanced through Protis Global into senior operational and commercial leadership roles. She holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and has twice received the firm’s peer-selected Branta Award.
