Robert Half leaders Angela Lurie and Sara Gagen have been named to the 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts. Lurie was recognized for leading Robert Half’s Management Resources practice group, while Gagen was recognized for technology and business transformation work across the company. Lurie leads a business with more than 140 locations worldwide. Gagen oversees a 500-person team supporting technology solutions for Robert Half’s operations.

Angela Lurie, Global Executive Director at Robert Half
Lurie is Global Executive Director of Robert Half’s Management Resources group. Since joining Robert Half in 1999, she has built and developed high-performing teams and led the company’s practice groups to achieve significant growth.
Previously, Lurie served as senior vice president of the company’s Full-Time Engagement Professionals program. She helped expand the initiative into a global offering that includes thousands of professionals across multiple specializations.
Technology And Innovation
Gagen, Senior Vice President of Applications, Technology and Innovation, has led programs supporting Robert Half’s business transformation for more than 15 years. Her responsibilities cover cloud solutions, Salesforce innovation, marketing technology, engineering, business systems analysis and quality services.
