SISQUAL WFM, working with local partner Devoteam, has won a public tender to supply a workforce management system to the Norwegian Police. The system will support shift scheduling, capacity planning, competency oversight, real-time operational management, and workforce data analysis across Norway. The contract was signed June 22, and implementation begins this fall. SISQUAL WFM said Devoteam will provide project management support in Norway.

Supporting Police Scheduling

SISQUAL WFM has extensive experience supporting organizations operating with complex 24/7 shift patterns, stringent labor laws, and high security requirements. SISQUAL WFM said its platform helps organizations plan and manage workforces while placing the right person in the right place at the right time.

Frederico Magalhães, Founder & CEO at SISQUAL WFM, said:

“We are pleased with the trust placed in us. The agreement represents a validation of our technology and our experience in empowering mission-critical organizations to deliver with reliability and high quality. We are very proud to serve the Norwegian Police.”
