GoTo Foods has appointed Lucy Brady president of Jamba, effective September 8, while expanding leadership responsibilities across Moe’s Southwest Grill, Cinnabon, Carvel and its digital and technology functions. Brady joins the seven-brand foodservice company after serving as president of Grocery & Snacks at Conagra Brands, where she led a $5 billion portfolio of more than 60 brands. The company also named Nathan Baldwin president of Specialty Brands, Francisco Bram president of Moe’s Southwest Grill and Biplav Misra chief digital and technology officer. GoTo Foods reported more than 7,500 restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and bakeries across all 50 states and 72 countries and territories as of June 28, 2026.

Jamba Leadership Appointment

Brady will lead Jamba’s strategy and operations, working with franchisees and restaurant teams on the core business, guest relevance and new growth opportunities. Her previous work at McDonald’s included senior roles in strategy, innovation and digital customer experience, including work on MyMcDonald’s Rewards, McDelivery and digital ordering.

Lucy Brady, President of Jamba, said:

“Jamba is one of those rare brands that is instantly recognizable. I am excited to work alongside our brand, franchisee and restaurant teams to make Jamba even more relevant to today's guests, expand the occasions we serve and deliver an exceptional experience every time.”

Expanded Brand Responsibilities

Baldwin, who has led Auntie Anne’s since joining GoTo Foods in 2025, will now oversee Cinnabon, Carvel and the company’s Co-Brands strategy as president of Specialty Brands. His responsibilities bring together brands with complementary operating models, physical footprints and development opportunities.

Bram will lead Moe’s Southwest Grill while remaining chief growth officer. His enterprise responsibilities include loyalty, marketing, consumer research, analytics, public relations and social media. The company said his priorities at Moe’s include its ongoing work on brand positioning, menu and restaurant experience, and franchisee growth strategy.

Digital And Technology Alignment

Misra has been named chief digital and technology officer, formally adding technology to his digital and off-premise responsibilities. He had overseen the technology function on an interim basis for several months. GoTo Foods said the consolidated role is intended to help it build and deploy technology faster across its seven brands for guests and franchisees.

Portfolio Focus

The leadership changes align brand operations, growth and technology functions across the company’s portfolio, which includes Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky’s Deli.

Omer Gajial, Chief Executive Officer of GoTo Foods, said:

“These appointments come at an important time for GoTo Foods as we reinforce our commitment to best serve our customers and partner closely with our franchisees across the portfolio. Strengthening our leadership structure will create greater organizational agility and allow us to remain focused on what matters most: growing category-leading brands, supporting franchisee success, and delivering experiences that keep guests coming back.”
