Latitude Names Benjamin Sigel to Lead Boston Office
Latitude names Benjamin Sigel to lead its Boston office, serving legal departments and law firms with flexible attorney engagements.

Latitude has named Benjamin Sigel as a Partner to lead its Boston office. Sigel will work with corporate legal departments and law firms in Massachusetts, New England, and nationwide, providing former Big Law attorneys and in-house counsel for flexible short- and long-term engagements. He brings more than two decades of experience as an Am Law 100 attorney, law firm client relations leader, and Chief Legal Officer. Latitude began working with New England-based attorneys in 2020 and has grown from six offices to 20 nationwide.
Boston Office Leadership
Before joining Latitude, Sigel served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of three life sciences and technology companies, including two clinical-stage biotechnology companies. He built and led legal functions from inception and advised executive leadership.
Alex Su, President at Latitude, said:
“We’re excited to welcome Ben to lead our Boston office. He’s spent more than two decades practicing law and building relationships across Boston’s legal and business communities, with experience both in-house and across prominent Am Law 100, midsize, and regional law firms.”
Legal Experience and Client Service
Sigel spent nearly a decade at Am Law 100 firm Mintz, first as a litigation attorney and later as national Director of Client and Community Relations. In that role, he worked with firm leadership to deepen client relationships across practices and offices.
Benjamin Sigel, Partner at Latitude, said:
“Legal leaders today have more options for how they structure their teams and get sophisticated work done. Having worked both in private practice and in-house, I’ve been on both sides of the attorney-client relationship. I’ve been the lawyer doing the work and the executive leading legal teams and deciding whom to hire, so I understand the many considerations that go into those decisions. Internal teams, technology, outside counsel, and experienced attorneys who can join on a flexible basis can all play a role. I’m excited to join Latitude and work with clients as they consider the right mix for the work in front of them.”
National Attorney Network
Founded in 2013, Latitude operates offices across the country, each led by a client service Partner who is a former law firm partner or senior in-house counsel. The company has a network of thousands of attorneys spanning all 50 states and numerous international locations.
